Genvais is an AI art creation application designed to help you generate images and videos from text prompts and optional reference images. This Privacy Policy explains how Genvais handles information when you use the app.
When you create content in Genvais, you may provide text prompts and optionally select images from your device using the system photo picker. These inputs are used solely to perform AI generation tasks you request. We do not collect facial information. Genvais does not perform facial recognition, facial profiling, or biometric analysis of any kind.
Generated images and videos are stored locally on your device in the application storage area so you can view, download, and share your creations. We do not operate a cloud account system within this app, and we do not require you to register or sign in.
If you choose to upload a reference image, that image is processed only for the purpose of generating the output you requested. The app uses your selected image temporarily during the generation workflow. We do not collect facial information from uploaded images, and we do not build identity records from user photos.
Prompt text you enter is stored locally as part of your creation history so you can revisit previous works. You remain in control of this content on your device.
Genvais saves generated results and related metadata on your device. This includes thumbnails, file paths, creation timestamps, and task status. This local storage helps the app display your Works library and resume video generation tasks when needed.
To generate AI content, Genvais sends your prompt and, when applicable, encoded image data to configured AI service endpoints. This transmission is necessary to produce the creative output you request. We do not collect facial information as part of these requests.
Network requests are made only when you actively start a generation task. The app does not run hidden background uploads.
Genvais is designed with a minimal data approach. The app does not collect facial information, contact details, precise location data, advertising identifiers for cross-app tracking, or health-related data. We do not request access to your contacts, microphone, or camera for core functionality.
Genvais uses the system photo picker to let you choose images without requiring broad storage permissions on modern Android versions. You decide which image to share with the app for each task. We do not collect facial information from your photo library.
Genvais is intended for general creative use. Parents and guardians should supervise younger users when selecting images and writing prompts. We do not knowingly collect facial information from anyone.
Your works remain on your device until you remove them by uninstalling the app or deleting generated files through your device file management tools. Uninstalling Genvais removes application-local data stored in the app sandbox.
We apply standard mobile application practices to reduce unnecessary data exposure. Generation requests use secure transport where supported by the platform and remote service. Because content is stored locally, protecting your device with a screen lock is recommended.
You can choose not to upload reference images and use text-only generation instead. You can decline to save outputs to the gallery. You may stop using the app at any time.
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect product improvements. Updated versions will be included in the app package. Continued use after an update means the revised policy applies.
Genvais focuses on local creation history, optional reference images, and AI generation requests initiated by you. We do not collect facial information. Your creative workflow stays centered on the content you choose to make.
